To reduce paper waste and for your own convenience, your proof of purchase will be emailed to you after placing your order. Please save this for your records, should you require an exchange or return in the future.

Payment Options

Local delivery within Hong Kong normally takes 2-3 days, but often does arrive next day. Please contact us if you need something urgently, as we may be able to arrange same-day shipping in some circumstances. A flat shipping fee of HK$60 is chargeable on all orders below HK$500. Above HK$500, local shipping in Hong Kong is waived, but cannot be combined with other promotions (only 1 coupon code is applicable per order)
International delivery takes an average of 10-20 days depending on the country any customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer

We do not use unregistered postage methods as we have had instances of packages gone missing


Petit Tippi does not sell or share your personal or order information to or with anyone. The information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience, shipping and/or contacting you in relation to your purchase or news and promotions.

Exchanges and Returns

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact Petit Tippi with your proof of purchase for pre-authorization. Returned products without pre-authorization will not be accepted. Exchanges and returns for store credit are accepted within 1 week of the purchase date, less original shipping fees (regardless of whether they were originally charged to you or not, for example, with Free Shipping promotions).

Diapers, diaper covers, inserts, boosters/doublers, swim diapers, trainers and reusable liners (basically any item that touches your baby's bottom), food and drinking products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Other items (such as wetbags, pail liners, creams, sprayers, some accessories) may be returned (we reserve the right to refuse a return) if unopened and unused, within the original packaging/tags attached, and in original condition. The customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with sending an item back and we encourage customers to ensure their returning package has postal insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

Returned Shipments
Should a shipment be returned to Petit Tippi (eg. delivery refusal, incorrect shipping address provided, etc.), the purchaser has the option to pay for shipping again (actual shipping rates apply) to have the order resent, or if the purchaser chooses to cancel their order, they will be reimbursed the amount paid minus actual shipping charges. Please note that actual shipping charges may be more than the shipping charge initally paid by the customer.

Special Orders
Customers can contact Petit Tippi to place special orders for items from our regular suppliers that are out of stock or in models/prints that we currently don't carry and we will try our best to fulfill your wishes! Special orders are required to be paid in full at the time of ordering. Returns are not accepted for special order items that are not items that we regularly stock.


All our products come with limited time Manufacturer's warranty covering defects and damages not resulting from improper use. Things such as staining, leaking due to improper care of diapers/covers etc. are not covered under most warranties. The customer is responsible for the cost to return the diaper for evaluation/repair/or replacement. It is at the manufacturers discretion of how to remedy the problem with the product, please do contact Petit Tippi with photos if there is a problem and we will see if we can send you an exchange in the meantime. All manufacturers usually require a copy of your receipt when handling a problem covered by their warranty, and the customer is responsible to retain a copy of his/her receipt. Also, it is important to ensure you are following the manufacturers' care recommendations; for some brands of diapers, failing to do so can void your warranty. Instagram #PetitBaby Photo Contest
Each month we will select photos submitted on Instagram by tagging @petittippi.organicbaby on the photo and with hashtag #PetitBaby. If the photo is not tagged, we cannot see it in our profile page. The finalists will then be submitted for a vote by fans and anyone can vote for any photo (so yes, you can vote for yourself!). The finalist with the most votes at the end of the voting period as stipulated in the Photo Contest post, will win a HK$100 Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate can be used against purchases of Regular Priced Products and an Expiry Date may apply

Discounts, Promotions and Gift Certificates
Only one Discount Code, including Free Shipping, can be used per order. Gift Certificates issued by Petit Tippi, as opposed to purchased by the Customer, can only be used on Regular Priced Products. We reserve the right of final judgement.
