Order & Collect

You can order online and collect at our Sai Ying Pun pickup location for free. Simply select the pickup option at checkout and select your preferred pickup date. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and door code to access the self-pickup area anytime at your convenience. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We curate our store with a variety of high-end, quality products that our team have tried and tested. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can help to address any questions or concerns. 

Returns and Exchanges can be accepted within 7 days for unopened products in their original condition for store credit, except for all diapering, feeding, breastfeeding, bottles, teethers and other products where hygiene may be a concern. We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any exchanges or refunds at our discretion. 

Please send us an email within 7 days to request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and let us know if you would like to exchange or refund anything. Our Customer Service team will reply within 1-2 business days, then either drop off the products at our Sai Ying Pun location or mail the items. 

Kindly note: The cost of shipping to return items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked option as we will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
