If you order backordered items and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped same day. The backordered items will be shipped upon receipt separately by standard delivery.

Order & Collect

You can order online and collect at our pickup locations for free! At checkout, choose your pickup location and when you order is ready you will receive an email with the pickup instructions. Pickup Schedule:

Wong Chuk Hang: Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm

Sai Ying Pun: 24/7 with a self-pickup door code from Friday afternoon AFTER your order is fulfilled (i.e. we will bring your order to Sai Ying Pun once a week on Fridays only)

 

 

Please note: It's a challenging time for everyone, and it's no exception for our team and our suppliers. We are trying our best to avoid service interruption, but would like to update you all on the following:

International Shipping options are currently limited, so delivery to your country may not be available or take longer than usual.

Click & Collect service is still available at our Sai Ying Pun and Wong Chuk Hang locations in compliance with social distancing rules.

Many of our suppliers are facing logistical challenges, so while we continue to try and accommodate back-ordered items, it may take much longer than usual and we recommend ordering in-stock items to avoid delay.

Returns & Exchanges

We curate our store with a variety of high-end, quality products that our team have tried and tested. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can help to address any questions or concerns. 

Returns and Exchanges can be accepted within 7 days for unopened products in their original condition for store credit, except for all diapering, potty training, feeding, breastfeeding, pumping, bottles, teethers and other products where hygiene may be a concern. We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any exchanges or refunds at our discretion. 

Please send us an email within 7 days to request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and let us know if you would like to exchange or refund anything. Our Customer Service team will reply within 1-2 business days, then either drop off the products at our Wong Chuk Hang location or mail the items. 

Kindly note: The cost of shipping to return items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked option as we will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
