The Haakaa does more than collect milk from leaky boobs, it uses suction to gently draw milk out of your breast while you're feeding your baby to pump much more than you thought possible! You can also use it to relieve engorged breasts, while your baby is going through growth spurts, or perhaps you're on the plan and don't want your fellow passengers to hear your electric breast pump!

How to use your breast pump:
Sterilise your pump (caps are available online to purchase – caps keep the pump sterile after cleaning)
Place top of pump over your nipple – make sure your nipple is in the neck of the pump and comfortable.
Apply suction – you may need to adjust a couple of times. Once the pump is secure and comfortable you can squeeze the base of the pump (not interfering with the top/suction) to create some movement.
A warm flannel on top of your breast is also a great tip and gently massage the top of your breast.
Once milk begins to flow simply leave the pump alone to do its thing.
Once the pump becomes full empty into a glass storage bottle and reposition.
If the pump is full or you wish to stop pumping – simply suction the suction base to the table next to you while you finish your feed or re dress and the pump is 100% secure.
Clean after each use. This product can be sterilised with any steam sterilising system or boiling water.

Refund Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund an item in its original, unopened condition with proof of purchase within 14 days for store credit. For hygiene reasons, diapers, swim, flats, inserts, breast pads, feeding equipment, teethers, pacifiers, bibs, wipes, etc. cannot be exchanged or refunded. Original cost of shipping (which may vary to the flat rate shipping charged) will be applied to the refunded amount. If an item was purchased on sale, the promotional price will be refunded less the shipping fee. If a refund causes the total bill amount to fall below the minimum for a gift or promotion to be applicable, the original price of the gift and/or amount of the promotional reduction will be deducted from the refunded amount. Most of our items fall under manufacturer's warranty, so if there is a quality issue with the item you have purcahsed, please send us an email with photograph of the problem so that we can help you get in touch with the manufacturer and sort you out with a new one or refund where appropriate.
