We are happy to exchange or refund an item in its original, unopened condition with proof of purchase within 14 days for store credit. For hygiene reasons, diapers, swim, flats, inserts, breast pads, feeding equipment, teethers, pacifiers, bibs, wipes, etc. cannot be exchanged or refunded.
