When can I begin using the baby crib for my baby? The baby crib can be used from when your baby is a newborn and up to the age of 2 years. The mattress can be adjusted in two height positions and used for a tiny baby or a slightly larger baby.
How is BABYBJÖRN Baby Crib safe for my child? The crib complies with the EN 716 and EN 16890 (mattress) safety standards. Our crib has been developed in consultation with safety experts, and has a robust design and sides in a soft mesh fabric for good air circulation. The specially tailored mattress is integrated into the sides of the baby crib, eliminating any risk of your baby getting caught between the crib bars or the mattress and the side of the crib. Your baby will stay cool and safe while sleeping. All materials that come into contact with your baby’s skin meet the requirements for Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Class 1 for baby products. This means they are kind to your baby’s skin and safe to taste.
Can I wash the crib textiles? Yes, the crib fabric is easy to remove and machine wash at 40°C. The mattress cover can also be machine washed.
Is there bed linen that fits the crib? Yes, we have fitted sheets in soft, organic cotton, specially tailored to fit the crib.
What is special about the crib’s design? The sleek Scandinavian design blends into your home and makes it easy to place the crib – even in small bedrooms. It’s also light, airy and developed in consultation with safety experts – all to help you and your baby sleep safely.

The crib fabric is easy to remove and machine washable at 40°C. Please wash using a mild, eco-certified detergent and carefully follow dosage instructions. Do not tumble dry as this will impair the quality of the fabric.
The mattress cover is machine washable at 40°C and can be tumble dried.

Hong Kong island only (Same day delivery) - Shipping fee is HK$150. Order by 12pm, Monday to Friday for same day delivery. International (7 to 14 days) - Standard shipping fee is HK$200. For bulkier items or items requiring special handling, the shipping fee will be quoted and charged separately before shipment. Refund Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund an item in its original, unopened condition with proof of purchase within 14 days for store credit. For hygiene reasons, diapers, swim, flats, inserts, breast pads, feeding equipment, teethers, pacifiers, bibs, wipes, etc. cannot be exchanged or refunded. Original cost of shipping (which may vary to the flat rate shipping charged) will be applied to the refunded amount. If an item was purchased on sale, the promotional price will be refunded less the shipping fee. If a refund causes the total bill amount to fall below the minimum for a gift or promotion to be applicable, the original price of the gift and/or amount of the promotional reduction will be deducted from the refunded amount. Most of our items fall under manufacturer's warranty, so if there is a quality issue with the item you have purcahsed, please send us an email with photograph of the problem so that we can help you get in touch with the manufacturer and sort you out with a new one or refund where appropriate. Items returned for defect without prior notice may not be accepted. Shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer and we encourage you to insure the item for loss or damage.
