What’s the difference between Baby Carrier One and One Air? These baby carriers share the same features but are made of different materials. Baby Carrier One Air is crafted in an airy 3D mesh and Baby Carrier One is made of a soft cotton blend. Both these materials are soft and flexible, but the cool 3D mesh is a better choice if you easily get hot or live in a warm climate.

Does the baby carrier provide my baby with the correct support? Yes, Baby Carrier One has inbuilt support for a newborn, and an adjustable head support that’s easy to adapt to your baby. It’s also classified as ‘hip-healthy’ by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute, provided that it’s used according to the instructions. This means that it gives the correct support to your baby’s hips and encourages good hip joint development, which is especially important during the first months of life.
Do you want to be able to vary your babywearing position as your child grows? Then Baby Carrier One is ideal! It has two different height positions that make babywearing possible from newborn and up to the age of three. With just a few simple adjustments, you can vary your carrying position from facing in to facing out on your front and carrying on your back.

Baby Carrier One in a soft cotton blend
Our soft and flexible cotton blend comprises 60% cotton and 40% polyester. The Baby Carrier One in Beige/Leopard is made of 100 % cotton. The baby carrier’s lining is made of 100% cotton, while the padding is made of polyester and PU foam.

Since fabrics are such an important part of our textile products, we develop the majority of our fabrics in-house. This allows us to assure high and consistent quality and ensure that the fabrics offer the unique properties we require.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1 for baby products
All materials that come in contact with your child’s skin meet the requirements of OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1 for baby products. This means that the fabric is kind to your baby’s skin and safe to taste. So there’s no need to wash the baby carrier before you start using it.
Washing instructions
Baby Carrier One is machine washable at 40°C. It should be washed separately and should not be tumble dried. Please use a mild, eco-certified detergent, strictly follow dosing instructions and preferably avoid fabric softener.

International (7 to 14 days) - Standard shipping fee is HK$200. For bulkier items or items requiring special handling, the shipping fee will be quoted and charged separately before shipment. Refund Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund an item in its original, unopened condition with proof of purchase within 14 days for store credit. For hygiene reasons, diapers, swim, flats, inserts, breast pads, feeding equipment, teethers, pacifiers, bibs, wipes, etc. cannot be exchanged or refunded. Original cost of shipping (which may vary to the flat rate shipping charged) will be applied to the refunded amount. If an item was purchased on sale, the promotional price will be refunded less the shipping fee. If a refund causes the total bill amount to fall below the minimum for a gift or promotion to be applicable, the original price of the gift and/or amount of the promotional reduction will be deducted from the refunded amount. Most of our items fall under manufacturer's warranty, so if there is a quality issue with the item you have purcahsed, please send us an email with photograph of the problem so that we can help you get in touch with the manufacturer and sort you out with a new one or refund where appropriate.
