Shipping
Local shipping within Hong Kong typically takes 1-3 working days from when your order is complete and ready to be shipped, if you have pre-ordered anything. International shipping normally takes between 7-14 working days, though customs and courier delays are normal.
Yes! We offer flat rate shipping internationally. There may be some items that we cannot ship to you internationally due to customs or other issues and we will contact you in those cases to resolve. If we have already sent the package to you and it was returned to us, we unfortunately cannot refund shipping charges.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number and link. If you are having trouble, please reach out to customerservice@petittippi.com
You should receive notification from our couriers if they have missed you during the initial delivery attempt, either by SMS, email or physical notice. Use your tracking number to see if an attempt was already made and the package is awaiting your retrieval or delivery reschedule, or if there is a problem, like an incorrect delivery address.
If the package is being returned to us because of incorrect delivery address, please inform us at customerservice@petittippi.com as soon as possible as we will not be aware until the returned package arrives.
In order to keep product prices as honest and transparent as possible, we don't bake shipping costs into the margin of our products. In our experience that is what it costs us on average for the postage and materials and is a flat rate no matter what you buy and how remotely you live.
We do offer free shipping with no minimums using Petit Tippi Tribe loyalty points, and we have a free self-pickup option as well.
Pickup
During check out you can opt for free pickup, which will waive shipping charges from your total. When your order is ready, you will receive a shipment notification with the pickup address inside. In the tracking number field in this email is a door code that will allow you to enter the self-pickup area at your own convenience, anytime.
If everything is in-stock, orders placed before 10am can usually be prepared by the afternoon on weekdays under normal circumstances. If you've missed that day's fulfilment batch, it should be ready by the next working day. Always wait until you receive the "shipment" notification to avoid disappointment.
Yes, just leave us a note in your order to fulfil what's available first for pickup.
Our self-pickup location is in Sai Ying Pun at our workshop space. The closest Sai Ying Pun MTR exit is B3 and is right around the corner.
Exchanges & Returns
Yes, we have a 7 day exchange and return for store credit policy on unopened products in its original condition. This excludes all diapering, swim, breastfeeding, feeding, pump, bottle, teething, pacifiers and skincare products.
You can email customerservice@petittippi.com and let us know of your request within 7 days of purchase and then send back the items at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked courier service as we will not take responsibility for lost or damaged products.
Once the products are received and condition verified, we will confirm with you the products you would like to replace it with and arrange the swap. You can also make an appointment to come to our workshop space to make the swap in person.
Most of the products that we carry come with warranty and we are happy to help facilitate getting a replacement for you from the relevant brands.

Yes! You get 500 Tribe Points for signing up, so you get free shipping on your first purchase, and thereafter you earn at least 500 points for every HK$1 spent, so every time you have accumulated spending of HK$500 you will have earned free shipping again.

Gift Registry
The registrant(s) will choose a date for delivery during setup of their registry. This may be the "event date", before or after. In our experience, most parents prefer to have gifts delivered directly to their home before the "event date", particularly bulkier items, so they don't need to worry about bringing it home after.
The registrant(s) will receive an email notification when a purchase has been made from their registry that will tell them who purchased which items.
Yes, during check out you can opt for gift wrapping and leave a note in the Notes section during checkout.
For consolidated registry shipments, we will not charge individual shipping.
Gift Cards
Yes! You can buy Gift Cards here.
No, our Gift Cards do not have an expiry date.
You can email customerservice@petittippi.com and using your email address and proof of identity we can help you to retrieve your code.
Yes, you can use it as many times as you like until the value is fully utilized.
There's a system limitation that will only allow one coupon code at a time. If you would like to use Loyalty Points for free shipping, you can check out with your Gift Card and then email us at customerservice@petittippi.com to help adjust the free shipping from our side.
Workshops
Our workshops are listed in our periodic newsletters, as well as the Events section of our Facebook Page and tickets, if applicable, can be purchased on Eventbrite.
Cloth diaper for beginners is our mainstay and depending on local partners' availabilities we also offer important topics like breastfeeding, no-cry sleep training, weaning and nutrition, calm birth, toddler development and behaviour. We'd love to hear your feedback for other topics you would be interested in!
The refund policy for the ticket is on your Eventbrite notification. Please request a refund through Eventbrite as soon as possible if you're unable to attend, in case there are others in the waiting list who are hoping to attend.
Other
Currently no, but you can email us to make an appointment if you need help with something specific like to try on a carrier or cloth diaper selection.
We're happy to make an appointment to meet you but our workshop space does not have products on display.
Our workshop space is conveniently located in Sai Ying Pun on Centre St. at the bottom of the SYP escalators and just before Des Voeux Road. The closest MTR exit is B3 and is right around the corner. There is a lift and is stroller friendly.
