It's almost Thanksgiving! Have you planned out your menu yet? Whether you have it all planned out or not, when it comes to Thanksgiving, one thing is for sure - there's always gonna be leftovers! And by leftovers, I mean turkey.
This Turkey Stuffing Muffins recipe are perfectly loaded with the goodness of veggies, turkey and stuffing that you and your kids will love.
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped leftover turkey
3 large eggs
Cranberry sauce or gravy to serve
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, stirring until combined.

Divide the mixture evenly into the lightly oiled muffin tin.

Bake the muffins for about 30 minutes or until they’re crisped slightly on top.

Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before removing them.

Serve with leftover cranberry sauce or gravy.
