Baby led weaning is the concept of letting your little ones see and experience whole foods and try them on their own time, to develop an appreciation for different tastes and textures. 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup strawberries or other fruits

1. Stir the Greek yogurt briskly to remove any lumps and to make it smooth

2. Line a shallow baking dish with baking paper and pour in the yogurt to about 1/2cm thickness

3. Add slices of strawberries or other fruits and freeze for 4 hours. Break into bite-size pieces when ready to eat

4. [optional step for 2.5 for pink swirls] Reserve 1/2 cup of yogurt in step 2. Roughly chop 1/2 cup of strawberries and then blend in a blender for a few seconds until you have a smooth pink yogurt. Drizzle the pink yogurt into the white yogurt and use a stick to make swirls
