Strawberry Yogurt Bark Recipe

This super easy recipe is great for baby led weaning! It's delicious, kid approved and the coldness can help soothe sore gums too!

This recipe is good from 4mo+, but strawberries can be a common allergenic, so if your baby has never had strawberries before, give them a tiny bit to try first. You can also replace strawberries in this recipe with any other fruit that your baby has had before. 

Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup strawberries or other fruits

Steps

1. Stir the Greek yogurt briskly to remove any lumps and to make it smooth

2. Line a shallow baking dish with baking paper and pour in the yogurt to about 1/2cm thickness

3. Add slices of strawberries or other fruits and freeze for 4 hours. Break into bite-size pieces when ready to eat

4. [optional step for 2.5 for pink swirls] Reserve 1/2 cup of yogurt in step 2. Roughly chop 1/2 cup of strawberries and then blend in a blender for a few seconds until you have a smooth pink yogurt. Drizzle the pink yogurt into the white yogurt and use a stick to make swirls
