Healthy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe by @cooking_with_alix

With our little ones back in school, we constantly need to think about how we will provide them with nutritious and delicious meals. It's hard to control what our kids eat when they're away from home, but we can set them up to make healthy decisions on their own.

You can make this healthy banana oatmeal pancake recipe in only 15 minutes and it's perfect for breakfast, snack, or even for BLW (just swap honey for agave syrup for small children).

Ingredients:

90g oats / 45g oats & 45g almond flour
1 tbsp honey
1tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 tbsp grape seed
2 ripe bananas
1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in Beaba Babycook.
2. Oil the pan on a medium low heat.
3. Cook the pancakes until light brown.
4. Add some banana slices or raisins (optional).

Enjoy!
