A simple sweet treat for all the family.
Ingredients:
2 Bananas
200g Grated Coconut
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Grated Ginger for spice (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix the bananas in your Babycook® or blender to obtain a paste.
- Add the lemon juice and optional ginger and mix.
- Fold the grated coconut into the mixture with a spoon.
- Form small balls and place them on the racks.
- Dehydrate for 4 to 6 hours at 45°C depending on the desired texture.
