Coconut Macaroons Recipe by BEABA

A simple sweet treat for all the family.



2 Bananas
200g Grated Coconut
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Grated Ginger for spice (optional)



  1. Mix the bananas in your Babycook® or blender to obtain a paste.
  2. Add the lemon juice and optional ginger and mix.
  3. Fold the grated coconut into the mixture with a spoon.
  4. Form small balls and place them on the racks.
  5. Dehydrate for 4 to 6 hours at 45°C depending on the desired texture.
