This simple purée is full of vitamins and minerals and can easily be turned into a smoothie for the whole family to enjoy!



1 cup breast milk or formula
2 tablespoons fresh pumpkin cubed
1 1/2 cups banana sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon and/or nutmeg (optional)


    1. Put the pumpkin in the steamer basket.
    2. Pour water into the tank (Level 3).
    3. Start the cooking process.
    4. When the pumpkin is cooked, put it in the blending bowl with the banana and cinnamon and/or nutmeg.
    5. Blend for 30 seconds.
    6. Add some of the milk to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
